Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 23, 2026

At ABZUG, we protect the personal data you share with us when you contact us through this site, via WhatsApp or by email. This notice explains what data we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares).

Data controller

ABZUG, Engineering for Digital Transformation, located in Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data. For any privacy matter, write to us at contacto@abzug.com.mx.

Data we collect

We do not request sensitive, financial or asset-related personal data. Please do not share it through these channels.

How we use your data

We use your data solely for the following purposes, which are necessary to handle your request:

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

AI-powered WhatsApp assistant

When you message us on WhatsApp, you are answered by an automated assistant that uses artificial intelligence to ask you questions about your case and schedule the call. If you send it a voice note, the audio is automatically converted to text so it can be understood; we keep the text, not the audio. Its answers are based on the information you give us, and a person at ABZUG reviews every case. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.

Who we share your data with

To operate these services, your data is processed by the following providers, which act on behalf of ABZUG and use it only to provide their services to us. Some of them process the information outside Mexico, mainly in the United States.

ProviderPurpose
Meta Platforms (WhatsApp)Receiving and sending WhatsApp messages
AnthropicProcessing messages with artificial intelligence so the assistant can respond
GoogleScheduling the call in Google Calendar and holding it on Google Meet; email
CloudflareHosting the assistant, transcribing voice notes to text, storing conversations, sending email notifications and measuring visits to this site in aggregate
VercelHosting this website

Beyond these cases, we would only share your data when required by a competent authority in accordance with the law.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data while we handle your request and, where applicable, for as long as a business relationship exists. After that, we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your ARCO rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it if it is inaccurate, cancel it and object to its processing. You can also revoke your consent or limit the use of your data.

To exercise them, write to contacto@abzug.com.mx with:

We will respond within the time limits set by law and, if appropriate, carry out your request.

How to ask us to delete your data

There are two ways to ask us to delete your data, including your WhatsApp conversations:

We will confirm the deletion through the same channel. Calendar events for calls that have already taken place may remain in your own calendar if you accepted the invitation.

Cookies, visit statistics and tracking technologies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not build visitor profiles.

Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to know how many people visit the site and which pages interest them. This tool does not use cookies or browser storage, and it does not identify people by their IP address, their browser or by device fingerprinting. When a page loads, your browser sends Cloudflare technical data about that visit (the page viewed, the site you came from, the browser and device type, the approximate country and the load time). We only see this information as totals; we cannot tell who you are from it. Cloudflare handles it under its privacy policy. If you block the statistics script in your browser, the site works the same.

Language preference. If you choose a language with the ES / EN switcher, we store a cookie named “idioma” that only holds your choice (“es” or “en”) for one year, so we can show you the site in that language. It is a technical cookie: it does not identify you, is not shared with anyone, and you can delete it from your browser.

Fonts. To display the fonts, your browser downloads files from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page along with its update date.
