The challenge

Quoting a box depends on its dimensions, the type of corrugation, the strength, the paper and the printing. That calculation lived in an internal Excel spreadsheet, so every customer had to wait for someone to do it by hand.

What we built

  • A quote calculator on the website: the customer enters the inside dimensions, chooses the board and instantly sees the price per box including VAT.
  • A cart to combine boxes and supplies in a single order, which goes to a sales rep for confirmation on WhatsApp.
  • The pricing rules from the Excel file, moved into a web system with user accounts and saved quotes.
  • A WhatsApp assistant that provides quotes 24 hours a day, every day.
  • Product sheets for what they manufacture, delivery terms, plant location and return policy.
